ONLINE TRAININGS, ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL CONTENT
1. Scope of Services
In addition to Feng Shui consultations, I offer digital products, online courses, online training programs, certifications, workshops, webinars, and other digital learning content. The content is provided through an online learning platform or in digital format.
2. License of Use
By purchasing an online course, online training program, or digital product, the participant receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
The sharing of login credentials, course materials, videos, audio files, worksheets, recordings, or any other content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Access to Digital Content
Access to the purchased digital content may be granted before full payment has been completed.
However, entitlement to complete the training program, receive a certificate, certificate of attendance, or any other proof of completion shall only arise after all agreed payments have been made in full.
I reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to course content, the online learning platform, and any related services in the event of overdue payments until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
All copyrights and usage rights relating to course content, videos, training materials, worksheets, recordings, and other materials remain exclusively with me.
4. No Guarantee of Educational Success
Participation in an online training program, online course, or certification program does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, professional activity, self-employment, business success, or financial results.
The participant’s success depends largely on their own commitment, motivation, and implementation of the knowledge provided.
5. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the online programs. This includes, in particular, an internet-enabled device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable internet connection.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For digital products, online courses, and online training programs, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the participant expressly agrees that performance of the contract shall begin before the withdrawal period has expired and simultaneously acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has commenced.
7. Availability
I strive to provide uninterrupted access to the online content whenever possible. However, temporary interruptions due to maintenance work, technical issues, system upgrades, or force majeure cannot be completely excluded.
8. Recordings of Live Events
Where live webinars, online workshops, or other online events are recorded, such recordings may be used solely for private purposes. Publication, reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of such recordings is prohibited.
9. Certification
Where certification forms part of a training program, certificates shall only be issued after full payment of all agreed fees and successful completion of the applicable training requirements.
No entitlement to certification exists if the participant has not fulfilled the requirements of the training program.
Certificates issued by me confirm participation in or successful completion of a training program according to the standards established by the provider.
The certificates issued do not constitute a government-recognized vocational qualification, state-recognized degree, or official professional license.
Where indicated, training programs or certificates may be recognized by private professional associations, educational institutes, or international Feng Shui organizations. No claim shall arise for governmental recognition or equivalence to state-accredited qualifications.
10. Copyright
All content contained within online training programs, online courses, webinars, workshops, videos, audio recordings, scripts, worksheets, presentations, analyses, and other materials is protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or transfer to third parties is prohibited without my prior written consent.
Violations of copyright laws may result in civil and criminal legal action.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER FOR FENG SHUI, CHINESE ASTROLOGY, I CHING, AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The content of Feng Shui consultations, training programs, online courses, webinars, Chinese Astrology, I Ching, and related methods is provided solely for informational, educational, and personal development purposes.
No medical claims, guarantees of success, or assurances regarding personal, health-related, financial, or professional outcomes are made.
Participants are solely responsible for the application and implementation of the information provided.
The services offered do not replace medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Results achieved by previous participants do not guarantee similar results for future participants.
